Mechanical Activation Synthesis of AIN Powder

摘要 机械力活化由于能大幅度地降低AlN粉末反应合成温度、缩短反应时间,是制备AlN粉末经济有效的实用化途径之一。简要介绍了机械力活化合成AlN粉末的反应机制,并分析了机械力活化对AlN粉末合成过程的促进作用。 Because it can remarkably lower synthesis temperature and shorten reaction time, mechanical acti- vation is an effective and practical way to synthesize AIN powder. Mechanism of mechanical activation synthesis of AIN powder is described briefly,and how mechanical activation improves synthesis of AIN powder is also analyzed.
