封离型CO_2激光器放电管内金催化剂膜镀制研究

摘要 介绍了在封离轴向放电型CO2 激光器正柱区管内壁上直接镀制金膜 ,作为促使器件工作时分解的CO2 分子再生复合的催化剂及有关的问题。 Catalyst gold films were directly plated on the inner walls of the discharge caplillary of the sealed off carbon dioxide lasers.As an effective catalyst,the gold films induces catalystic recombination of dissociated products in CO 2 laser operation.
