摘要 实验采用 α- Si C、β- Si C和 (1% α- Si C+ 99% β- Si C)作为起始粉末 ,以 B、C为添加剂 ,热压烧结 Si C陶瓷。其烧结过程中尽管发生多型体之间的转变 ,但其表现形式为α- Si C的 6 H→ 4H和β- Si C的 3C→ 6 H两种形式。尽管有大量的长柱状颗粒生成 ,但是由于没有弱的界面结合 ,不能原位增强。 Solid state sintered SiC ceramics were obtained by hot pressing of α SiC, β SiC and 1%α SiC +99%β SiC powders with boride and carbon as additives Two phase transforms of 3C→6H and 6H→4H occurred during sintering process The in situ toughening SiC ceramics can't be obtained only by rod like grains without the weak grain boundary
