用溶胶-凝胶法合成La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)CrO_3 纳米粉料 被引量:15

SYNTHESIS OF La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)CrO_3 NANOMETER-SIZE POWDERS BY SOL-GEL METHOD

摘要 以乙二醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为胶溶剂,用溶胶凝胶法合成Lao.8Sr0.2CrO3纳米粉料.结果表明,柠檬酸与乙二醇的重量比为1:1.2,分解温度为800℃时粉料的平均粒径为10~40nm,比表面为98.5~102.5m2/g,在1200℃下即可获得单相钙钛矿结构的La0.8Sr0。2CrO3.在室温与1000℃之间,La0.8SrY.2CrO3材料电导率的数量级为104~105sm-1. La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 nanometer powder was prepared by Sol-gel method with ethylene glycol and citric acid as dissolvent and petization. The experimental results showed that the particle-diameters of La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 nanometer powder are in the range of 10 nm-40 nm. Mean particle-size is about 30 nm and a specific surface area is about 100 m2g-1 when weight ratio between ethylene glycol and citric acid was 1:1.2, sintered temperature was 800°C. High activity and unaggolmerated can be obtained through Sol-gel method in the process preparing La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 nanometer-sized powder. Perovskite-type La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 was synthesized at 1200°C, and the conductivity of La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 was 104-105 sm-1 in the range from room temperature to 1000°C.
