对于X射线应力测定的交相关定峰方法,提出了对交相关函数曲线的峰顶作抛物线拟合和使定 峰结果自协调的两种改进措施对 40SiMnCrNiMoV超高强度钢、含碳量为 0.8%的高碳钢和 GH39 镍基合金三种试样所作的实验结果表明,该定峰法的定峰误差明显低于目前使用的半高宽定峰法的误差,
On cross correlation method for determining peak positions in X-ray stress measurement, two improvements have been put forward. Parabolic curve fitting at the crest part of the cross correlation function curve and coordinating manipulation for all peaks will increase the precision in peak position determination. The experimental results on super high strength steel 40SiMnCrNiMoV, high carbon steel T8 and Ni-based alloy GH39 showed that the error of peak position in cross correlation method was less than that in half-width method which is generally used.
