显微组织细化对W-ThO_2阴极性能的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF MICROSTRUCTURE ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF W-ThO2 CATHODE

摘要 采用热压烧结法制备出 W-纳米 ThO2新型阴极材料,研究了材料的电学性能该阴极材 料的临界起弧电压比传统材料降低 20%;引弧较为容易和平稳,其电弧静特性曲线下降,电子发射能力增 强。 A novel cathode, fine grain tungsten activated with nano-ThO2, was 'fabricated by Hot-Press sintering. In comparison to the conventional W-ThO2 electrode, the characteristics for TIG was investigated. The results show that for this cathode the striking voltage has decreased by 20% and the arc starts easy and stably. In addition, the static characteristics of arc decline and the ability of electron emission is enhanced.
