摘要
在气溶胶反应器中,利用四氯化钛(TiCl4)和三氯化铝(AlCl3)高温氧化制备纳米 TiO2- Al2O3复合粒子,采用 EDS、 XPS、 TEM、 XRD分析粒子化学组成、形貌、大小和晶型等;研究 了 AlCl3与TiCl4的摩尔比、反应温度等因素对粒子形态的影响,结果表明,复合粒子形貌较纯 TiO2 更为圆整、平均晶粒尺寸随 AlCl3浓度增加而减小;粒子粒径随反应温度升高而增大; AlCl3与 TiCl4的摩尔比影响粒子中 Al2O3和 TiO2的晶型,当 AlCl3与 TiCl4的摩尔比为 2.
Nanosized TiO2-Al2O3 composite particles were prepared by gas-phase oxidation. of TiCl4 and AlCl3 in an aerosol reactor. The measurement of XPS, TEM, EDS, XRD were used to characterize the chemical composition, morphology, size and crystal structure of the particles. The effect of TiCI4, AIC13 feed ratio and reaction temperature on the characteristics of composite particles was studied. The addition of AlC13 altered the particle morphology from polyhedral to spherical, the average grain size decreased with increasing AlCl3 and TiCl4 feed ratio, and the particle size increased with increasing reaction temperature. The crystal structure of titania and alumina in composite particles was affected by the AlCl3 and TiCl4 feed ratio. Aluminum titanate was formed at 1400℃ when TiCl4 and AlCl3 feed ratio was 2.80.
