摘要 研究了单丝界面和纤维束界面结构在细编穿刺C/C复合材料制备过程中的演化规律以及两种界面剪切强度随着生产周期增加的不同变化趋势在 C/C的制备过程中单丝界面和纤维束界面的形成速度不同,单丝界面优先得到完善,经过四个周期界面剪切强度既可达到最高水平; The structural evolution patterns of the single fiber interface and fiber bundle interface were studied during the process of the fine weave and pierced carbon/carbon composite, while the shear strengths of these two types of interfaces were also tested through the push out test method. It is shown that the formation speeds of these two types of interfaces were quite different, the single fiber interface was integrated firstly. The highest value of shear strength of single fiber interface can be obtained after the forth process cycle while the highest value of shear strength of the fiber bundle interface can not be obtained until the sixth cycle.
