摘要 通过对湛江发电厂 1号锅炉全大屏过热器爆管进行宏观及显微组织分析发现 ,SUS30 4HTB夹持管爆管是由于在弯制过程中存在严重质量问题 ,运行中蒸汽被海水污染而导致了奥氏体不锈钢敏化态晶间应力腐蚀开裂。 Through macro and microstructure analysis for whole-wall superheater explosion tubes of No.1 boiler in Zhanjiang Power Plant it is discovered that SUS304HTB clamping tubes explosion is due to serious quality problem in the course of tubes bending fabrication,steam polluted by the sea water during operation,which caused the austenic stainless steel to the sensitized state intergranular stress corrosive crack. [
