摘要
为满足水轮发电机组控制、维护及技术管理综合集成自动化系统人机交互的需求 ,采用三维动画多媒体仿真技术将实际物理系统在计算机上重现出来 ,让操作、维护人员在虚拟现实空间中形象直观地监视机组状态 ,分析状态演绎过程 ,了解设备的结构特征和操作维修技巧 ,对提高操作维护水平具有重要意义。文中对水轮发电机组三维动态仿真系统的结构、原理、软件实现方法进行了介绍 ,对系统的数据采集和数据库设计等进行了描述。
In order to meet the requirement of man-machine interface of control-maintenance-technical management system for hydroelectric generating units, this paper applies multi-media simulation technology, such as the 3D animation etc, to reproduce the real physical system on computer. The operators and vindicators can watch the state of units, analyze the deduction process of units' state, comprehend the configuration of equipment and know the skill of operation and maintain on the virtual reality space. It is very important to improve the level of operators and vindicators. The structure, principle and software implementation of a 3D dynamic simulation system for hydroelectric generating units are introduced. On the base of the analysis on the system, the data acquisition and database are developed.
