程控分压器是用于高电压冲击试验的二次分压器 ,是由单片机AT89C5 1及外围电路组成的智能仪器。本文介绍了其硬件电路设计。
This programmable control voltage divider is a secondary divider used for HV impulse test and an intelligent apparatus consisting of chip microprocessor AT89C51 and peripheral circuit. This paper introduces the design about hardware and software. And the measurement on the apparatus performance is given.
