摘要
为了保证电机安全运行和电网运行的可靠性,需要分析计算大型同步发电机正常运行时的定子温度场。本文根据电磁场理论、传热学理论和数值计算方法,推导出了定子双层绕组属于 同相槽时的涡流损耗系数表达式,计算了各股线内附加损耗值,并分析了同相槽时的涡流分 布对定子温度场的影响,计算了一台水轮发电机的定子温度场,得出了一些有益的结论。
In order to ensure the generator operating safely and the power system running w ithout faults,it is necessary to compute and analyze the stator temperature fiel d.In this paper,on the basis of electromagnetic theory,heat transmission theory a nd numerical method,the formulation to calculate the eddy loss parameters when b oth the conductors in a stator slot belong to the same phase is deduced.Take a h ydrogenerator for example,the additional loss of each strand was computed,and th e influence of the eddy distribution on stator temperature field is analyzed.Fina lly,some useful conclusions are presented.
