摘要
用化学方法制备了化学组成为Ca(OH) 2 ·2Zn(OH) 2 ·2H2 O的锌酸钙 ,并经XRD、SEM和差热天平技术对其结构进行了证实 ,同时用粉末微电极、模拟电池技术和XRD技术研究了该化合物的循环伏安特性、充放电行为和充放电过程中物质的形态变化。实验结果表明 :锌酸钙在碱性溶液中表现出明显优于ZnO和锌钙混合物的循环性能 ,其充电后的产物为金属锌。将其用作负极活性材料的锌镍电池目前已循环 5 0 0多次 。
The compound of calcium zincate, of which the composition was Ca(OH) 2·2Zn(OH) 2·2H 2O, was prepared by a chemical method. The crystal structure was verified by XRD,SEM and DT methods. The cyclic voltammetric performance, the charge/discharge behavior were tested by powder microelectrode and laboratory cell technologies, and the morphology change during charge and discharge processes were examined also by XRD method. The experimental results showed that in alkaline solution, the performance of calcium zincate prevailed that of ZnO and the mixture of zinc and calcium. The product after charging was metallic zinc while using calcium zincate as the negative material in zinc/nickel battery, the battery capacity was not decayed obviously even after 500 cycles
