摘要
利用线性电位扫描法研究了不同含Sn量对Pb -Sn电极在 0 9V(vs.Hg/Hg2 SO4 )时形成的阳极膜中Pb(Ⅱ)电量的影响 ,并研究了Pb -Ce电极在相同电位下形成的阳极膜中的Pb(Ⅱ)电量随时间的增长率。采用 6V -6Ah电池测定了由不同锡含量的铅合金制成正极板栅的电动车电池的放电特性 ,并采用 12V 12Ah电池测定了含RE(RE为含Ce合金 )的Pb -Ca-Sn板栅的电池寿命。结果表明 ,在合金中添加RE或适当提高Sn含量 。
WT5”BZ]The effects of the different tin content on the reduction charges of the anodic Pb(Ⅱ)films formed on Pb-Sn electrodes and the increase rates of the reduction charges for the anodic Pb(Ⅱ)films formed on Pb-Ce electrode with the time of the film growth at 0.9V(vs.Hg/Hg 2SO 4)in 4.5mol·/dm 3 H 2SO 4 solution were studied by linear sweep voltammetry.The discharge characteristics for the batteries containing different tin content of the alloy were measured using 6V-6Ah batteries for electric bikes.The cyclic life of the batteries for Pb-Ca-Sn alloy containing a certain amount of RE was also measured using 12V-12Ah batteries.The results showed that the performance of the deep charge/discharge cycles for the batteries with alloys containing suitable tin content or alloys containing RE could be improved.
