本文论述了化学法电液快速净化的原理。讨论并确定了电液净化后的杂质含量指标及常温下一步进行的化学法快速净化工艺。实验研究及推广应用情况表明，化学法净化速度快效果好、易掌握、且无需新增设备投资。

This paper discusses the corrosion mechanism of zinc cans and the distribution of the raw material impurities in the electrolyte and explains the principle of one-step chemical purification and the basis to formulate the impurities content criterion in the purified electrolyte. This method has less procedure, short time and better effect, without any heating, investment and replacement by zine pieces.So it is easy to accept and operate.This purified electrolyte used in 13 factories has proved that this method is reliable and practical.
