摘要 文章阐述控制碱锰电池的爬碱,提出抓碱的关键之一是碱性电池电解液没着密封界面迁移的许多原因,并指出发生爬碱的位置和应当采取的相应技术措施;关键之二是阳极和阴极材料所引起的气体造成气帐性漏液,指出在制造工艺中如何正确选择材料和确定制造工艺。 Analyses on the alkaline climbing problem in alkaline Zn-MnO2 cells are given in this paper. And two key issues are discussed. Oneis the 'reason for the alkaline cells electrolyte climbing up along the sealed area. The position where the alkal ine cl imbing problem occured is pointed out .Technical measures to solve the problems are suggested. Second item is that the gas producted from the cathode and anode deformed the sealing and leads to the electrolyte leakage. Also some proper materials and production process are proposed.
