阿司匹林淀粉微球对纤毛毒性的评价

Ciliotoxicity of aspirin-carrying starch microspheres for intranasal administration

目的 :评价阿司匹林淀粉微球对纤毛的毒性。方法 :以在体蟾蜍上腭粘膜纤毛为模型 ,以纤毛持续运动时间及电镜观察为评价指标。结果 :阿司匹林溶液可明显缩短纤毛持续运动时间 ,而阿司匹林淀粉微球则对纤毛持续运动时间无显著影响 ,电镜观察亦显示纤毛排列整齐 ,分布均匀。结论 :淀粉微球能显著降低阿司匹林对纤毛的毒性。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate ciliotoxicity of aspirin-carrying starch microspheres.METHODS The lasting time of ciliary movement was recorded and the ciliary was observed with scanning electron microscope in situ toad palate model.RESULTS Aspirin obviously reduced the lasting time of toad palate ciliary movement, aspirin-carrying starch microspheres had little effect.CONCLUSIONS The starch microspheres obviously reduced the ciliotoxicity of aspirin.
