高效液相色谱法测定天门冬氨酸洛美沙星栓剂的含量

HPLC determination of lomefloxacin aspartic acid suppository

目的 :研究HPLC法测定天门冬氨酸洛美沙星栓剂含量的方法及条件。方法 :色谱柱SpherisorbC18,流动相为乙腈 磷酸盐缓冲液 四丁基溴化铵溶液 ( 15∶85∶4 ) ,检测波长 2 88nm。结果 :天门冬氨酸洛美沙星在 13 .88～ 69.10 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好。回归方程为 :Y =0 .0 3 60 4C - 0 .0 3 83 2 ,r =0 .9999,回收率为 97.89% ,RSD为 1.7%。结论 :本法快速 ,准确 ,重现性好。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of lomefloxacin aspartic acid suppository.METHODS The chromatographic column was Spherisorb C 18 ,moblie phase composed of 15 volum acetonitrile and 85 volum phosphate buffer and 4 volum tetrabutytammenium bromide,detector was set at 288 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the rang of 13.88 ～ 69.10 μg·ml -1 (r= 0.9999 ).The recovery of lomefloxacin aspartic acid was 97.89% (RSD= 1.7% ).CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate and rapid.
