Promoting Effect of Yi Qi Yang Yin Herbs on Recovery of Postoperative Patients

目的 :了解益气养阴法对胆道术后病人的调治作用。 方法 :随机选取 30例胆囊切除手术后病人 ,除常规治疗外 ,15例术后早期应用中药 (治疗组 ) ,15例术后不用中药 (对照组 )。 结果 :治疗组乏力、口干情况少于对照组 ,血清CRP含量较对照组下降迅速 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论

Objective:To investigate the promoting effect of Yi Qi Yang Yin Chinese herbs on the recovery of early postoperative patients Methods:A prospective and randomized study was performed on 30 patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis after cholecystectomy.Among them 15 patients were given oral Yi Qi Yang Yin decoction combined with general therapy(treated group)and another 15 patients were treated with general therapy only(control group).The level of serum C reactive protein(CRP)was determined and main symptoms such as fatigue,thirst,perspiration and constipation were observed in the early postoperative periods.Results:Yi Qi Yang Yin Chinese herbs were more effective on relieving symptoms and the serum CRP decreased more quickly in the treated group than in the control( P <0 05) Conclusion:Yi Qi Yang Yin herbs have modulation and treatment effects on the recovery of early postoperative patients.
