肝癌最佳肿瘤标记物及相关指标群的研究

Selection of Optimal Indices Combination for Diagnosis of Liver Cancer

目的 :探讨肝癌的最佳标记组合。 方法 :收集肝癌病人 45例和 6 2例健康成人 ,检测AFP、ERBB 2、IL 2R等 2 7种指标 ,计算各指标的特异性、阳性预期值、敏感性、阴性预期值、总有效率 ,及上述 5项的平均值。 结果 :平均值排序前 6位的是 :TPA、GGT、AFP、FU、AKP、PU ;选取AFP、FU、TPA三标记物的敏感性达 97 0 6 % ,其中前二项的敏感性为 92 70 % ,三项中任一项阳性所致的特异性为 6 3 6 8%。 结论 :AFP、FU、TPA是检测肝癌的最佳指标组合 。

Objective:To explore and evaluate the optimal indices combination for the diagnosis of liver cancer Methods:Twenty seven indices were detected in 45 patients with liver cancer and 62 health adults.The specificity,positive predictability,sensitivity,negative predictability,total availability and average value of all the above values were calculated.Results:Average values of TPA,GGT,AFP,AKP,PU were higher than others.The sensitivity of combining detection of AFP,FU,and TPA was as high as 97.06%, while that of AFP and FU 92.70%.The specificity of any of AFP,FU and TPA was 63.68%.Conclusion:Combining detection of AFP,FU and TPA is the optimal selection for liver cancer screening.Combining detection of indices produces higher sensitivity and specificity than solo detection.
