摘要 目的 探讨内皮化人工血管内皮细胞抗血小板粘附聚集的作用。方法 人工血管18条随机分为 3组 ,Ⅰ组为无内皮细胞种植 ,Ⅱ组为内皮细胞种植后孵育 2h ,Ⅲ组为内皮细胞种植后孵育 9d ,将放射性同位素锝 (99m Tc)标记血小板灌注人工血管后进行γ计数。结果 Ⅲ组人工血管血小板粘附聚集明显低于其余两组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Ⅰ、Ⅱ组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 99m Tc标记血小板检测、证实内皮细胞种植后孵育 9d的人工血管 。 Objective To investigate the function of endothelial cells restraining platelets adhesion and aggregation with 99m Tc labeled platelets in endothelial artificial vessels. Methods Eighteen artificial vessels were randomly divided into three groups: groupⅠhaving no endothelial cells lining, group Ⅱwith cultivation of endothelial cells for 2 h after lining, group Ⅲ with cultivation of endothelial cells for 9 days after lining. 99m Tc labeled platelets were perfused into artificial vessels to test γ counts. Results Platelets adhesion and aggregation in the group Ⅲ were significantly lower than in the groups I and II (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between groupⅠand group Ⅱ(P>0.05). Conclusion 99m Tc labeled platelets test verified that endothelial artificial vessels cultivated for 9 days could well restrain platelets adhesion and aggregation.
