目的：研究麻甘合剂的质量标准,方法：流动相为乙腈-三乙胺-磷酸-水谱法(TLC)和盐酸麻黄碱的高效液相(1.8∶0.1∶0.1∶9.8),检测波长为214 nm,样品提取过滤后进行分析。色谱法(HPLC)。建立杏仁、甘草的薄结果：线性范围20～200 μg·ml-1,相关系数r=0.9996,精层色密度为1.20%,加样回收率100.34%。结论：该方法适用于麻甘合剂的质量控制。
