耳廓假性囊肿治疗失败的相关因素及灌注治疗

Correlation factors of Treatment Failure on Auricle Pseudocyst and Perfusion treatment

目的 对 4 0例耳廓假性囊肿的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,比较外院与我院的治疗效果。方法 穿刺抽液 ,庆大霉素注射液、地塞米松磷酸钠冲洗后 ,全耳廓石膏灌注固定。结果 医生的临床经验不足、压迫技巧差、压迫材料种类等均可影响压迫效果 ,是导致压迫失败的因素。 4 0例中 1次治愈 32例、2次治愈 7例 ,3次治愈 1例 ,治疗效果满意。结论 熟悉局部解剖、及早治疗、进行全耳廓灌注固定 ,是治疗本病的关键。

Objective To analyze the clinical materials of 40 cases of auricle pseudocyst retrospectively and compare the curative effect with other hospital.Methods The plaster perfusion fixation of all auricle was performed after puncture,evacuation of fluid and irrigation with gentamicin and dexamethasone. Results Less experience of doctor,poor pressing technique and its materials could affect the curative effects.32 cases were cured in one time and 7 cases were recovered after twice treatment and 1 was treated 3 times.All patients obtained satisfied effects.Conclusion Acquaintance of anatomy,early treatment and perfusion fixation of all auricle might be key points to treat this disease.
