摘要
本文初步总结了２７０例咽成型术围手术期并发症，并探讨其原因及预防措施，以期提高对该手术安全性认识，减少并发症。
Abstract We analysed perioperative complications of 270 uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP).In our series,the complications included respiratory embarrassment(4 cases,one of them received emer-gency endotracheal intubation and tracheostorny),bleeding(19 cases),wound infection and dehis cense(16 cases)and temporatory palatal incompetence(13 cases), The measures to minimize the complications were discussed.
