摘要
目的:探讨小青龙汤治疗哮喘的药理机制。方法;采用放射配基结合分析和放射竞争性蛋白结合法,比较观察小青龙汤对哮喘大鼠肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)及血浆皮质酮的影响。结果:哮喘激发后肺组织GCR的RT值先升后降,血浆皮质酮水平降低,而小青龙汤对其GCR的RT值、皮质酮水平有上调作用。结论:小青龙汤治疗哮喘的作用机理可能与其上调GCR、提高血浆皮质酮水平有关。
Objective: To observe the pharmacologic effect of Xiao Qing Long decoction on asthma. Methods; Glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) density of pulmonary tissue and plasma corticosterone(PCC) were determined by radioligand-binding assay and competive protein radio-binding assay. Results: When induc-tion of asthma occured. The RT value of GCR of pulmonary tissue rose and then reduced gradually and the level of PCC lowered. While Xiao Qing Long decoction could markedly enhance the RT of GCR and PCC. Conclusion: The pharmacologic mechanism of Xiao Qing Long decoction on asthma may be connected with its up-regulating the RT of CCR and PCC.
