摘要
医院集团(Hospital Group)是医院重组的主要模式,是指由3家或3家以上具有独立法人资格的医院,经协商、谈判联合成有隶属关系和连锁经营的医院集团组织。医院集团有利于扩大规模效应、降低医疗成本、提高工作效率、盘活存量、优化资源和提高市场竞争能力。本文提出有关组建医院集团的基本概念与特征,原则与条件、经营模式,程序与评价,并比较分析了医院集团与企业集团异同。
To set up Hospital Group is one of the major forms of restructuring the hospitals, which means 3 or more than 3 hospitals forms hospital group through negotiation ot through setting up subsidiary or links. The establishment of hospital group will be conducive to enlarge the benefit or the scale of economy, cut down medical cost, improve work efficiency, reduce the inventory, optimizing the resource utilization and enhance the competitiveness. The author puts forward the basic conception and feature, principle and condition, way of operation, procedure and its evaluation. In addition to it, the author compares the similarity and the difference between the hospital and hospital group and expresses his wishes on the normal, orderly and healthy development of our country's hospital reconstruction.
