A Discussion on the Challenges Facing China' s Nursing Management and Its Future Development

为探讨我国护理管理的思路,阐述了目前的护理管理体制与其护理工作范畴不相适应的相关因素,从而提出未来护理管理应贯穿以人为本;探讨科学的护理模式;建立护理支持系统;计算机技术更广泛地应用于护理管理;采用科学的管理方法和技术手段;把社区护理作为今后管理的重点。

In order to exploring the way of better nursing management in China, the author elucidates the factors which causing the inconsistence between the current nursing management system and the work scope of the nurses, and put forward the suggestions: the nursing for people in the future should be focused more on the people themselves; explore the more scientific way of nursing; establish the supporting system of nursing; more widely apply the computer techniques to the nursing management; adopt scientific management method and techniques; and should prioritize the community nursing as one of the focus of management in future.
