摘要
法律家同时也应该努力成为知识分子。拒绝理论、拒绝知识、拒绝知识分子 ,也就是拒绝良知。良知的泯灭 ,意味着法律职业群体的堕落。
Jurisprudents should also make efforts to be intellectuals Ignoring theory,knowledge and intellectuals is not different from ignoring conscience.Conscience vanishing means degenerating of the legal professional group.
