论创立和完善我国宏观经济法的法律体系

经济法的体系包括宏观经济调控法和市场管理法两大体系 ,是经济法学界比较一致的看法。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展 ,宏观经济调控体系的建立 ,我国颁布了许多宏观经济的法律、法规 ,对这些法律、法规的深入研究 ,产生了宏观经济法。因此 ,经济法的理论也应有所创新和发展。应当从宏观经济学与经济法相结合的角度 ,创立和完善宏观经济法的法律体系。这一体系包括 :国民经济和社会发展计划法、统计法、财政法、税收法、金融调控法、投资法、产业政策法、价格法、国际收支平衡法、审计法、经济审判法等。

At present, the theoretical research of economic law in China has a tendency of becoming gradually. The system of economic law includes the two systems ─ law of macroeconomic regulation and control, and law of management of market. This is a comparatively consistent idea in the field of economic law. With the constant development of the socialist marketing economy in China, and the establishment of the system of macroeconomic regulation and control, many laws and regulations with respect to macroeconomy have been enacted in China. Macroeconomic law arises from the further research on these laws and regulations. The legal system of macroeconomic law should be established and perfected from the angle of the combination of macroeconomics and economic law. This system includes Law of National Economy and Social Development Plan, Statistics Law, Financial Law, Tax Law, Financial Regulation and Control Law, Investment Law, Industrial Policy Law, Price Law, International Balance of Payment Law, Audit Law, and Economic Adjudication Law etc.
