摘要
实验旨在观察二甲肼(DMH)是否可使扬子鳄致癌。实验分3组;常用量实验组,2岁龄幼鳄20条。DMH用量每次为20mg/kg。大剂量实验组,2岁龄幼鳄20条,DMH用量加倍,每次为40mg/kg。对照组,小鼠20只,DMH用量与常用量实验组相同。3组均在颈部皮下注射。每周1次,共16次。5个月后处死动物。结果发现,对照组小鼠100%诱发大肠癌。而常用量与大剂量两实验组40条幼鳄,无1例致大肠癌。
The study aims at carcinogenesis with dimethyl hydrazine(DMH)in the large intestine of Yangtse alligators.The animals were divided into 3 groups,20 2 year old Yangtse alligators with 20 mg/kg of DMH each time as the first group,another 20 2 year old Yangtse allgators with doubled dosage of 40 mg/kg of DMH each time as the second group,and 20 mice with the same dosage each time as in the first group.Hypodermic injection of DMH was performed in all groups once a week for 16 weeks.5 months later colon carcinoma was detected in the mice but both experiment groups of Yangtse alligators remained intact.The study suggests that Yangtse alligators have a strong resistance against carcinogenesis.
