诱发扬子鳄大肠癌的实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CARCINOGENESIS IN THE LARGE INTESTINE OF YANGTSE ALLIGATORS

实验旨在观察二甲肼（ＤＭＨ）是否可使扬子鳄致癌。实验分３组；常用量实验组，２岁龄幼鳄２０条。ＤＭＨ用量每次为２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。大剂量实验组，２岁龄幼鳄２０条，ＤＭＨ用量加倍，每次为４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。对照组，小鼠２０只，ＤＭＨ用量与常用量实验组相同。３组均在颈部皮下注射。每周１次，共１６次。５个月后处死动物。结果发现，对照组小鼠１００％诱发大肠癌。而常用量与大剂量两实验组４０条幼鳄，无１例致大肠癌。

The study aims at carcinogenesis with dimethyl hydrazine(DMH)in the large intestine of Yangtse alligators.The animals were divided into 3 groups,20 2 year old Yangtse alligators with 20 mg/kg of DMH each time as the first group,another 20 2 year old Yangtse allgators with doubled dosage of 40 mg/kg of DMH each time as the second group,and 20 mice with the same dosage each time as in the first group.Hypodermic injection of DMH was performed in all groups once a week for 16 weeks.5 months later colon carcinoma was detected in the mice but both experiment groups of Yangtse alligators remained intact.The study suggests that Yangtse alligators have a strong resistance against carcinogenesis.
