摘要
从糙皮侧耳真向中提取糖肽(PlurotusOstreatusGlycopeptides.POGP),经超滤分出高、低分了组分(POGP-H、POGP-L),各组分分设高、低剂量组,对荷瘤S-180小鼠口服给药。结果POGP-H高剂量组和POGP-L低剂量组有显著抑瘤活性,且可促进LAK活性和红细胞花环形成率。表明POGP口服可吸收,低分子优于高分子,其作用与免疫系统有关。
OGPu were prepared from Plurotus Ostreatus fungi,advance
fractionated by superfilter to high、lowmolecularweigtit components(POGP-H,POGP-L)Besides,
high、low does groups were designed sepa-rately in the experiment.The resuIt shown that the
antitumor activity after oral administion of highdose group on POGP-H and low does group on
POGP-L were higher than in other group,it could en-hance the immunocompetence of
erythrocytes.The above result appeared that POGP could be abeorbedby oral
administion.futher more,low molecular weight fraction was higher than in high molecularweight
fraction.
