摘要 本文综述了高效毛细管电泳法在生物技术产品分析研究中的应用,并概述了毛细管等速电泳法,双向毛细管等速电泳法及毛细管等速电泳法与毛细管自由溶液区带电泳法联用技术等的进展。 he high performance capillnry electrophoresis(HPCE)and its applicdftion in analytical research ofbiotechnical products was reviewed. The advance of capillary isotachophoresis(CITP),two-dimensionalcapillary isotachophoresis(2D-CITP),and online coupling of capillary isotachophoresis with capillary zone electrophoresis(CITP-CZE)were described.
