缺锌及补锌对儿童淋巴细胞IL-2,IL-2R系统功能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解不同补锌方法对缺锌儿童淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法:140名儿童随机分为试验组(加锌,加微量营养素,锌加微量营养素)和对照组,测定各组儿童IL-2,IL-2R系统的免疫功能。结果:3种补锌方法均提高缺锌儿童血清锌浓度,淋巴细胞分泌IL-2量增多,mIL-2R表达增加及培养上清中sIL-2R含量增多。其中锌加微量营养素效果最好。结论:锌通过IL-2系统介导引起淋巴细胞活化。锌和微量营养素单独使用均可增强儿童免疫功能,联合应用效果最佳,为临床缺锌儿童补锌提供了科学依据。 Objective: To investigate the effects of three regimens of zinc supplementation on lymphocytic function in preschool children. Methods: One hundred and forty preschool children were randomized into four groups according to the regimens of zinc supplementation: zinc group (ZG), micronutrient group (MG), zinc + micronutrient group (ZMG)and control group (CG). On the 10th day after the supplementation, the immune functions of lymphocytic IL2 and IL2R systems were measured in all the children. Results: The concentration of serum zinc, production of lymphocytic IL2, content of soluble IL2R and expression of membrane IL2R were all significantly increased in the three experimental groups as compared to the control. Meanwhile, the supplementation of zinc + micronutrient was the best method among the three. Conclusion: Zinc activates lymphocytes through IL2 and IL2R systems. Zinc or micronutrient along can enhance immune functions in children, but zinc + micronutrient is the best. These provide a scientific method for zinc intervention in children.
