摘要
目的:探索胆囊收缩素(Cholecystokinin,CCK)、胃泌素(Gastrin)对胆管癌细胞细胞内钙的调控作用。方法:应用细胞内钙测定技术,检测了CCK、Gastrin及其受体拮抗剂对胆管癌细胞株QBC939细胞(简称QB细胞)细胞内钙的影响。结果:CCK-8Sulfated(CCK-8S)、Gastrin-17(G-17)明显促进了QB细胞内钙的释放;CCK-A受体拮抗剂L364,718(L18)明显抑制了CCK-8S对细胞内钙的激活,CCK-B/Gastrin受体拮抗剂L365,260(L60)抑制了G-17激发的细胞内钙释放。结论:细胞内钙参与了CCK、Gastrin对胆管癌细胞增殖影响的细胞内过程。
Objective: To explore the regulative effects of cholecystokinin (CCK) and gastrin on intracellular calcium in cholangiocarcinoma cells. Methods: The regulative effects of CCK8, gastrin17 and their receptor antagonists L18 and L60 on intracellular calcium in cholangiocarcinoma cell line QB. Results: CCK and gastrin stimulated the release of intracellular calcium in QB, but L18 and L60 inhibited the action of the two gut hormones. Conclusion: Intracellular calcium takes part in the process of intracellular action produced by CCK or gastrin.
