经侦人员专业素质是其所有素质中最重要的一个方面 ,它由经济知识、经济法律法规知识、侦查知识与技能等组成。当前经侦人员的专业素质普遍有所欠缺。提高专业素质的途径主要有按需求学、互帮互学、业务交流、岗位业务培训、院校进修和挂职锻炼等。

Among all qualities,the professional quality is the most important one for the economic investigators. It comprises economic knowledge,economic laws and regulations,the knowledge and skills of investigation,etc.However,at present,they are generally deficient in professional quality and corresponding ways to improve it which include:studying according to the necessity,mutual aid in learning,professional interchange,professional training about the present post,taking refresher courses in colleges and universities,practising at other places with the post suspended,etc.
