摘要
目的:探讨经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)后血中内皮素(ET)与一氧化氮(NO)的变化规律及意义。方法:对15例接受PTCA治疗的冠心病患者及12例单纯行冠状动脉造影者,分别于术前及术后1h、3h、24h取血标本,用放免法测定血ET浓度,用化学反应法测血NO含量。结果:PTCA后1h、3h血浆ET浓度较术前明显增高(P<0.05),而血中NO含量较术前明显降低(P<0.05),但两者均于PTCA后24h恢复至术前水平。结论:PTCA后血中ET与NO的正常平衡状态遭到破坏,有可能导致血管张力增加;因此。
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of plasma endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). Methods: In the treated group (TG), 12 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) received PTCA. In the control group (CG), 12 patients with CAD received coronary angiography. Using radioimmunoassay and chemical reaction assay, the concentrations of plasma ET and NO were determined before and at the 1st, 3rd and 24th h after operation. Results: The concentration of plasma ET was significantly increased (P<0.05) but that of plasma NO markedly decreased (P<0.05) at the 1st and 3rd h and both the two parameters returned to normal at the 24th h after PTCA. Conclusion: The disturbance of normal balance of ET and NO can induce increment of vascular stress after PTCA. Hence, it is necessary to prevent coronary artery spasm after PTCA.
