673例上尿路结石手术治疗的临床分析

A clinical analysis of 673 patients undergoing operation for upper urinary tract stone

目的：提高上尿路结石的手术治愈率，减少手术并发症。方法：分析总结我院自１９７５年～１９９５年期间手术治疗的６７３例上尿路结石的病例。结果：２２６例多发性尿路结石病人中，术后３２例有残余结石，发生率１４．２％；６７３例中５５例发生并发症，发生率为８．１％。结论：严格掌握手术适应症，加强抗感染，避免残余结石，是提高上尿路结石手术治愈率，减少手术并发症。

Objective: To promote the cure rate of operation and decrease the operative complications in patients with upper urinary tract stone. Methods: The data of 673 patients with upper urinary tract stone operatively treated in our department from 1975 to 1995 were reviewed and analyzed. Results: Fifty five out of 673 patients had operative complications (8.1%). Of the 266 patients with multiple stones, 32 had residual stones (14.2%). Conclusion: Strict control of operative complications, use of sensitive antibiotics and avoidance of residual stones are of great importance for improving the operative complications and reducing the possibility of nephrectomy.
