Trans - territory crimes directly jeopardize the policy of reform and opening and 'one country, two systems' of our country.In the light of the features and developing trend of the trans - territory crime after Hongkong and Macao's return to the motherland, we must increase the cooperative consciousness,foster a strategic ideology of the joint prevention and administration; perfect the coordinative mechanism and enhance the ability of cooperative combat of various parties concerned; stricken boundary administration and control the channel of trans - territory crime; intensify detective cooperation and sevenely strike the trans - territory criminal activities; open up new cooperative channel and implement the system to share with the judicial resources; formulate the law of inter - district judicial cooperative to coordinate the legal behaviour of the cooperative parties.
