精确枪击在人质解救中有着十分重要和不可替代的作用。解救人质时精确枪击必须有实施的法律条件和过硬的射击技术,以及所需的地形地物和武器、通讯等装备。必须积极寻找、把握和创造战机。必须确保人质、周围群众及警察自身的安全;并要统一指挥,协同作战;里应外合,多管齐下;部位准确,首发命中。

Precise shooting plays a very important part which can't be substituted in hostage rescue. Precise shooting must require of laws in practice and mastery of shooting technique and the necessary topography,surface features,and e-quipments such as weapons and telecommunication. Positively seeking,grasping and creating combatant chance is a must .It's required to safeguard the hostage, surrounding masses and the police themselves; integrate command and coordinate the fight; collaborate from within with forces from without; put various actions into effect at the same time; aim at the exact target and shoot at the first time.
