摘要
本文用质谱分析的方法,对广泛应用于象增强器制作的铯分子源的去气过程进行了质谱分析,给出了铯分子源的最佳去气电流与时间。这组数据将有助于正确控制去气过程。
Based on mass-spectrographic analysis of Cs molecular source which is widely used in fabrication of various intensifiers, the paper provides optimum current and time for the source degassing procedure. The data are helpful for the proper control of the degassing process.
