刑侦改革已经进行了三年多时间，其间出现了不少新情况、新问题。这些情况聚集在对刑侦改革的认识、政府对改革的支持、破案机制、干警素质和办案质量、经费装备、监督机制、单位协调等关键问题上，认识和解决这些问题，是刑侦改革继续深入发展的前提和基础。

It has been three years for the criminal investigation reform.Many new cases and problems arose during the time.The key problems are: understanding of criminal investigation reform,government's support to the reform,detection system,police officer's quality,case－ handling quality,expenditure and equipment,supervision system and department coordination.Recognizing and solving these problems is the prerequisite and basis for further development of criminal investigation reform.
