论西部大开发中流动人口的暂住管理

西部大开发，一般选择区位条件较好，发展潜力较大的城镇先走一步，以此促进和带动周边地区的发展。这种大开发，首要的一条是靠科技和人才，其中人是决定的因素，这就必然要涉及到大量的暂住人口。文章从当前我国暂住人口的基本情况分析入手，指出了当前流动人口暂住管理中存在的主要问题，对西部大开发中流动人口暂住管理工作的开展进行了有益的探讨。

This type of development, above of all, depends on the people with competent together with science and technology. Of all these elements, man is the decisive part, so it necessarily involves the problem of the temporary resident population. This article begins with the analysis of the basic situation of the temporary resident population today, then the major problems are also being pointed out. Finally, it inquires into the improvements of the management in this field.
