城乡结合部的犯罪特点和治理对策

本文针对目前我国城乡结合部犯罪的突出特点，提出公安机关的主要对策应为：加强外来人口的管理、运用综合治理手段、加大和加快立法速度、科学解决警力配备问题、广泛采用先进的管理方法等五个方面的工作。

According to the distinctive characteristics of the urban－ rural crime in our country , the article puts forward the main counter measures of the police to strengthen the management of in－ flowing population to use the comprehensine administrational ways ; to enlarge and qicken the speed of legislation;to safeguard the necessary facility and staff;to adopt the aduanced ways of management and so on.
