摘要
目的 观察外源性前列腺素 E1 (PGE1 )对慢性肾衰(CRF)患者血浆内皮素 (ET)及降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平的影响 .方法 利用放射免疫分析法测定 90例 CRF患者经 PGE1 治疗后的血浆 ET及 CGRP水平的变化并分析其相互关系 .结果 CRF患者血浆 ET的水平较对照组明显升高(P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 CGRP的水平较对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) .ET与肾功能参数 (BU N,Cr)呈明显的正相关 (r=0 .5 8,P<0 .0 1;r=0 .6 2 ,P<0 .0 1) ,与尿量呈明显的负相关 (r= - 0 .6 0 ,P<0 .0 1) .PGE1 治疗后 ,ET和 CGRP水平均有所好转 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时肾功能参数 (BUN,Cr)和尿量亦有改善(P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 CRF多伴有血浆 ET及 CGRP水平的变化 ,应用 PGE1
AIM To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 (PGE 1) on plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in chronic renal failure (CRF). METHODS The RIA method was used to detect the concentration of plasma ET and CGRP by PGE 1 treatment in 90 cases with CRF and 78 normal cases as control. RESULTS The results showed that plasma ET levels in patients with CRF were significantly higher than those in controls( P <0.01). The levels of plasma CGRP in patients with CRF were significantly lower than those in controls( P <0.01). The concentration of plasma ET was correlated with the parameter of renal function (BUN, Cr)( r =0.58, P <0.01 and r =0.62, P <0.01) and there was a negative correlation between the plasma ET levels and the volume of urine( r =-0.60, P <0.01). After the treatment with PGE 1, the parameters mentioned above improved ( P <0.05)and so did the parameters of renal function (BUN, CR, Urine)( P <0.05). CONCLUSION It is concluded that the concentration of plasma ET and CGRP is always changed in CRF patients. The application of prostaglandin E 1 in the treatment of chronic renal failure is beneficial to delay the deterioration of renal function.
