摘要 目的 研究大白鼠提睾肌动脉微循环的神经调节 .方法 以免疫组织化学 ABC法对大白鼠提睾肌动脉各级分支的 CGRP,NPY,SP,5 - HT及 M- ENK免疫反应阳性纤维的分布进行研究和观察 .结果 肽类免疫阳性纤维在提睾肌动脉各级分支均有大量分布 ,但随着动脉的分支而逐渐减少 .阳性纤维和终末呈密集颗粒状、网状和涡旋状排列 .在毛细血管上也能见到阳性纤维和终末的分布 ,在其分叉处更为显著 .结论 肽类神经递质可能对提睾肌微循环的生理调节起重要作用 .阳性纤维和终末在毛细血管的分布提示神经纤维可直接作用于血管内皮细胞而产生生理效应 . AIM To study the nerve regulation of microcirculation of rat cremaster artery. METHODS The distribution of CGRP, NPY, SP, 5 HT and M ENK immnoreactive fibers in cremaster artery was investigated by means of ABC technique. RESULTS immunoreactive fibers distributed heavily in the cremaster arteries and the fibers reduced following the artery bifurcation. The nerve fibers and terminals exhibited denser granular net like and spiral arrangement. The fibers also were found in the capillaries, especially at the bifurcations. CONCLUSION Immunoreactive fibers may play an important role in regulating the microcirculation of cremaster artery. The distribution of neurotransmitters in the capillaries suggests that the fibers act directly on the endothelial cells. The result of the study lays the basis for perfecting and further using experimental model of nerve regulation of the microcirculation.
