养阴抗毒散对受照小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究小鼠急性中度骨髓型放射损伤期间红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化及中药养阴抗毒散的放射防护作用 .方法 以 6 Gy X射线照射后小鼠作为动物模型 ,给予中药养阴抗毒散灌胃 ,应用酵母菌红细胞花环试验测定红细胞免疫粘附功能 .结果 和正常组 (RBC- C3b R花环率 15 .4%±4.3% ,RBC- IC花环率 14.8%± 3.1% )相比 ,照射对照组小鼠RBC- C3b R花环率从第 12日 (8.0± 2 .6 ) %开始下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,实验结束时 (10 .1± 3.2 ) %仍未恢复正常 ,RBC- IC花环率在照后第 4日 (19.9± 2 .2 ) %和 8d(19.5± 3.1) %升高(P<0 .0 1) ,随后逐步下降至正常 .照射中药组小鼠 RBC- C3bR花环率仅在第 12日 (10 .5± 3.0 ) %下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,RBC-IC花环率仅在第 4日 (18.5± 3.0 ) %升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,照射中药组 RBC- C3b R花环率在第 4,12 ,2 0 ,2 8日均高于照射对照组(P<0 .0 5 ) .结论  6 Gy X线照射可造成小鼠红细胞免疫功能低下 。 AIM To study the change of erythrocyte immune adhesion function in mice with moderate acute radiation injuries and protective effect of Yangyin Kangdu powder, a Traditional Chinese Medicine, on acute radiation injuries in mice.METHODS RBC microzyme rosette test was used to study the change regularity of erythrocyte immune function.RBC C 3b receptor rosette ratio (RBC C3bRR) and WBC quantity were used to study the protective effects of Yangyin Kangdu powder on radiation injuries.RESULTS Compared with normal group,the RBC C 3b RR ratio of the irradiated group was significantly lower on the 12th, 20th and 28th day ( P <0.01),and RBC IC (Immune complex) rosette ratio was higher on the 4th and 8th day and subsequently declined to normal range.RBC C 3b R rosette ratio was lower only on the 12th day and RBC IC rosette ratio was higher only on the 4th day in the group treated with Yangyin Kangdu powder.RBC C 3b R rosette ratio in the group treated with Yangyin Kangdu powder was higher than that of the irridated group on the 4th, 12th, 20th, and 28th day ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION Erythrocyte immune adhesion function of the mice irradiated by 6Gy X ray is low and Yangyin Kangdu powder has some effect in protecting erythrocyte immune function from irradiation injuries.
