摘要
有效的流程重组是当今企业面临的一项相当重要的课题 ,将顺序执行的工作流变为并行执行的工作流是企业流程重组中一个重要的规则 .研究了任务不对称对企业流程重组成本的影响 ,发现这一规则并不适用于所有的流程 .在工作任务不对称的情况下 ,这一规则对流程重组是有效的 .同时 ,研究了任务不对称与其他一些影响流程设计的因素 (如知识强度、客户化程度等 )
The effective design of business process is a considerable important subject to corporations today, a typically rule of BPR is shift from a serial process to a parallel agent. The influences of task asymmetry on business process reengineering cost is studied, the result of which indicates that the rule isn't suitable to every process. With increased task asymmetry, certain types of business process reengineering become more desirable. Furthermore, this paper study show the interaction between job asymmetry and other process design factors such as knowledge intensity, customizatione etc.
