Two calculation methods of the flexural rigidity of the annular flange connection

介绍了两种计算螺栓法兰联接刚度的方法 :Timoshenko法和Waters法 .前者考虑了螺栓位置疏散性及法兰—小筒节联接对刚度的影响 ,更符合实际情况 .

In this paper,the two calculation methods to estimate the flexural rigidity of bolted annular flange connections subjected to external bending moments are presented ,which one is based on Timoshenko's theory ,the other is based on Waters's theory.The first method ,taking account of the dispersiveness of bolt disposion and the rigidity of the flange-shell junction,leads to a flange rigidity near the actual conditions.
