摘要
用单纯形最优化方法对流动注射分光光度法测定钌的条件进行优化 ,结果表明 ,单纯形经过 15次推进即得到最优条件 ,且吸光度由 0 .131提高到 0 .16 5 .
The conditions for measuring ruthenium with flow injection analysis were optimized by using simplex optimization method. Optimum conditions were achieved after 15 cycles and absorbance was raised from 0.131 to 0.165.
