两种不同盐浓度环境中盐地碱蓬叶的形态结构特征研究

Studies on morphological structure of leaves of Suaeda salsa(L.) Pall in two different saline environments

通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察 ,研究了盐生植物盐地碱蓬叶的形态解剖学特征 .结果表明 ,盐地碱蓬是典型的贮盐植物 ;生长在两种不同盐浓度环境中的盐地碱蓬 ,在叶外部形态及内部结构方面表现出显著的性状差异 .

The morphological and anatomical features of leaves of halophyte Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall were observed and studied using microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall is a typical salt store plant, which shows significant character difference in external morphology and internal structure of leaf in two different saline environments.
